we are proud to announce that we have won the 2017 consumer satisfaction award from dealerrater! we are committed to making you a long-lasting customer and friend great experience with their service team. absolutely professional and were fantastic. came in for service and winter tires and decided to wait for my car in their waiting area and some of their sales people were pleasant and welcoming while others made me feel like i was out we came to nissan to see if they could help us setting the car seat for the baby and nicole from service was very nice and quickly called the gentleman who does this. he was super helpful and gave us extra tips on what was and what wasn’t safe to use. unfortunately i cant remember his name but know we can drive knowing the baby will be safe. thank you sherway nissan for helping me to install my babies car seat. i now feel confident that my baby would be safe when in the car. they took the time to educate me on the different safety procedures etc. it was a great experience that i will recommend to friends and family who there's an alex g who isn't the typical sales guy. i had the pleasure of talking to alex during last years auto show. all i can say is, he's a walking encyclopedia, all things automotive and he actually loves his job. i love swinging by that dealership, they have some 'special cars' in the other room, ask alex and he'll share the story of each car. i couldn't be happier with my experience at sherway nissan. the customer service i received has been amazing! they helped me feel 100% confident i was making the right choice with the car. i know i got a great price and a great car! daniel sat with with me in the car and as one of the few canadian automotive car seat installation facilities, our technicians at sherway nissan are fully trained & certified by st. john's ambulance to ensure we comply with manufacturer & government standards concerning proper security of why do so many nissan drivers from toronto, scarborough, mississauga and brampton trust sherway nissan?
