It was significantly misconfigured and just plain didn’t run properly. SINC came in, gave us a detailed as*essment of the situations, and provided us with options. We chose to have our existing equipment overhauled. SINC took care of much of the job over a weekend so it minimized the amount of interference with our day-to-day work. Now we have our email hosted on our server, proper user security, nightly backups, antivirus protection, etc. We are on a Monthly Maintenance Agreement, which means that our bill is the same no matter how many times we call for support.
