I have lived in the mountains of Colorado for many years and have rode all the state of Wisconsin and granite peak is the best resort (besides possibly Tyrol Basin) that Wisconsin has to offer. Definitely worth checking out if you are a skier or snowboarder in the area. Great for walking and hiking. Facilities are very well maintained. Beautiful ski area! Definitely worth the trip and money compared to Mt La Crosse. Snowboarded for the weekend with my family, and I was really impressed with the conditions. Perfectly groomed in the morning, and not one closed run or lift. Lift operations went swift and smoothly. Food in the historic chalet is excellent. Would love to give a shout out to Zach and Kenny for their excellent help is as*isting with my son's allergy requests. Overall an exceptional experience, would definitely Going to College?
