I recently visited Soma in Cranston Rhode and a young lady named Caroline waited on me. This young lady went above and beyond, friendly, courteous and above all respectful and knows her business. She was very patient and helpful and definitely knows her stuff. I will be going back there in the future or all my intimate needs.

Dear Somali: I was in Palm Desert California trying to return 2 pairs of underpants that were not to my satisfaction. While there Diane helped me and told me that you no longer carry the lite control pant that I thought I was buying. She told me about a new control full pant that I didn't like as well as the old one with the slight control on the front in the form of two slanted strong pieces that come in from both front sides. She helped me select several other items and I kept the pants which I came in to exchange, and still don't like. They also have a rubberized area around the buttex like the original pant I bought. Love them my original pants!! Sorry you are not still carrying them. Sincerely, B. O'Meara

I was shopping Saturday at store 05287 looking for a bra. Shannon was of such great help. I have never had such a comfortable bra. She also helped me find some on sale. Fabulous experience. So happy. Shannon find the right bra for me. Turns out I have been wearing a bra way too small!!! To further add to the experience Yasmeen helped me go through the panty sale bin to find what I was looking for. What a great team. Normally takes at least an hour to try on...look.. purchase. I was able to purchase perfect items for me in a timely fashion. Great work, great store. I think I may need to go back this weekend for extra items. Thank you!!!!
