It has been a few days since I vacated my dwelling of 21 decades. I am before close of December in temporary housing. I picked a place where I will take the Orange Line to the Red Line for to the downtown Clara court construction. I'm the first person attending this case onto the floor. There are barely 8 people spread out over the long hall way. There are lawyers going into Dept. 106, Judge Fidler's court I've never seen before. There needs to be another hearing beside Gargiulo's today. I guess the hearing of Gargiulo will not be first through to the program. There's a fairly young gi*l on to the floor clearly looking forward to Dept. 106 to open. She is an intern using the DA seat defense attorney or considered described as a reporter Daniel Nardoni arrives in the hall way. In addition, I see lead counsel Dale Rubin down at the center of this hall way, entering Dept. 103 or 104. Mr. Nardoni tactics a woman he recognizes on to the floor and they talk. DDA's Dan Akemon and Garrett Dameron arrive around the flooring. They stick their minds into Dept. 106 to sign in using Judge Fidler's clerk, Wendy, to let her know they are still now here.  I overhear someone ask if Mr. Rubin is in Dept. 106. As always, Mr. Nardoni says hello for me, placing me by name.  A few minutes later, Mr. Rubin precipitates the hallway from Dept. 10 3. The hall way is still empty. Extremely little traffic. It doesn't appear there is really a single courtroom on to the floor that's currently in trial. I venture to Dept. 106 say hello to Wendy and have a seat. I pas* on the prosecution and defense teams using a chat in the antechamber. It's very refreshing to see all the attorneys on either side of an incident treat each other with deference and respect. From what I've discovered through the years, DDA Akemon and Mr. Rubin have known each other for quite a while and get together quite well. There'll be another hearing until Gargiulo's. Gargiulo's case will be heard in 10 AM. Mr. Nardoni moves and greets the courtroom reporter. There Are Lots of other lawyers here for the other instance, which is a multi-defendant
