The mission of the Saskatchewan School Library As*ociation is to provide leadership for the development, promotion, and improvement in The SSLA offers quality information, insights, and publications into issues pertaining to school libraries. Thank you to all who participated in our Learning Event Series for 2017-2018! Due to a diminished Executive presence, we will not be offering Learning Events for the 2018-2019 school year. We hope to be able to SSLA looks forward to offering a new online professional learning opportunity to enhance digital fluency. Participants self-select challenges to earn digital badges. Each badge is a representation of an acquired digital literacy skill. The badges can be pushed out to ​The Saskatchewan School Library As*ociation's is pleased to announce that we will be presenting Ruth Culham, author of The Writing You can catch Ruth in either Saskatoon on April 11, 2019 or April 12, 2019.  Membership provides a stronger voice for advocacy and the provision of professional development for teacher-librarians and related interest groups.
