With the belief that good design allows us to experience art in the ordinary, I created my new line of kitchen towels to elevate the simplest of daily tasks. Generously sized with a weighty hand, my Linen/Cotton Kitchen Towels are based on nearly twenty years of experience making and sharing handwoven towels with my family and friends. Over the years, these towels have been put through the ringer: drying hands, fruits and vegetables; mopping up spills, scrubbing stoves, and weathering the weekly laundry. Even the first kitchen towels remain in weekly use and are still a pleasure to use.

Stephanie Seal Brown is a textile designer based in Kentucky and New York. She creates high quality, long lasting handwoven textiles with a fresh, relaxed aesthetic. Offering both trade and retail lines, her designs range from geometric inspired linen tape trims and pillows to sturdy linen and cotton hand towels. All products are handwoven in the US in small batches on traditional wooden looms.
