So , sometimes , i have seen that due to brute force attacks or corrupt files , server can go up to 100 or above loads and render the server useless and unresponsive. Here is a quick method to cool the situation down :  2. Stop Apache through command : systemctl stop httpd or service httpd stop  3. Once the load starts dropping (you can see by refreshing the WHM page  4. Goto Mail Queue Manager and see if there are not more than 2 or 3 pages of email going (100 records per page)  5. If emails are alot , click on delete all emails or delete queue  7. Follow step 2 - 3 and then goto process manager and see which account is eating alot , exclude nobody and root from it. If an account is repeated alot and all of the process threads are above 100 load , Note the username and suspend that account.  8. If even that doesnt help , then probably , you are under brute force attack. To verify this , write this command : netstat -n 9. Check for connections , above 100 for a single IP. Block that IP in your firewall. If you dont have one , Do*nload and use Config server 10. If even this doesnt help , write this command to unlink apache for a while : systemctl disable httpd. 11. This should stop apache from starting at boot. Now , restart server. It should work for you. Then write this command : 12. This will update your cPanel and as well as remove unnecessary files and repair those which are corrupt. After it is done , write this command : systemctl enable httpd and it should restore apache functionality after a restart. Problem : My website does not have good SEO.
