16:48 28 Nov 18 I loved living here! The kitchen and hallways are always really clean, and it’s a great way to meet people. It’s so convenient to be close to downtown. The owners & staff are always very helpful and engaged in the building (working on projects to improve the place.) There is a fair bit of construction around it, and it can get noisy, but I imagine as time goes on things will settle back down. I would definitely recommend it here at the Parker!read more Amanda Swartz 23:03 27 Nov 18 I lived at The Parker during my 3 month rotation at Methodist Hospital and it was a great living option! Just a short, safe walk to the main Mayo campus, and you can easily access the skyway system and walk indoors during the winter weather to get to the campus. It was great having the necessary furniture provided, and the kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of appliances and cooking utensils and was very well kept. While there is limited on-site parking, the off-site lot is only a short walk down the block. The owners, managers, and tenants were all very friendly, helpful, and respectful. The building was very clean and the community areas were always spotless! The Parker is a great little spot for your home-away-from-home while you are in Rochester!read more Edwin Liu 19:16 20 Oct 18 I could not have found a better housing option for my 1 month rotation at Mayo Clinic. Kari and Jared were always accessible and responsive, although I really didn’t run into any major issues while living here. It is about a 4 minute walk to Methodist Hospital and around 10 minutes to the shuttle pickup spot to go to St Mary’s. The room was filled with awesome amenities including cable TV, mini fridge, and microwave, and I enjoyed having my own private bathroom.
