Hundreds of thousands are smokefree through the American Lung As*ociation’s Freedom From Smoking®, and a new Group Clinic is starting in January. Over the course of seven weeks, you will work with other people quitting smoking and a trained facilitator to set a quit date, build a quit plan and work through your first few months smoke free. Meetings are on Tuesdays, Jan. 15 through Feb. 26, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Conference Room. There are two meetings during the fourth week, with the second meeting on Thursday (Feb. 7), because that is “Quit Week.” RSVPs are required by Jan. 9.
