Wednesday – Sunday 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., dinner Thursday – Sunday 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., lunch I cannot say enough about Chef Steve and Three Peaks Catering. They catered our 125 person wedding, and I lost track of how many of those at the bar, to the abundance of local ingredients, to the mouth-watering entrees of prime-rib and trout, to the gorgeous desserts, to the ever-popular late night grilled cheeses, and everything in between- everything was just amazing. The attention to detail was obvious and impressive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Plus, to top it off, Steve was the best to work with leading up to the big day. He was very communicative, helpful, accommodating, and fun to work with. Rather than adding to the wedding planning stress, Steve helped take the stress out, which I can’t thank him enough for. We talked with several catering options before deciding on Three Peaks, but we couldn’t be happier that we ended up with them. HIGHLY recommended. We truly are SO grateful that we found Three Peaks, and we will not hesitate to use you guys again, should we have any future catering needs, or to recommend you to friends. We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience!
