We developed the instruction that you will see right now for a very long time - several generations of the Total Dictation team were engaged in it, dozens of people who were with the project in different years. The project changed, the instruction changed too - every year it was updated, some new information appeared in it, and every year we were faced with the fact that the version of the instructions in pdf format was not able to contain everything at once: it was frighteningly volume, but still did not answer all the questions. Instead of one general instruction and total immersion in the organization of Total dictation, integral travel, you were constantly looking for the right information among numerous instructions.
