alka and i went to budapest together in november 2017. it was our first trip together as ad*lts! we also left behind our family to take the break. we wanted to make it a yearly affair and i am happy to say that we went to paris this november! i am keeping my fingers crossed i have visited the imperial delhi so many times as a blogger that i have lost count! if i am in town and if they are doing an event i love to go. there is a warmth about the place that makes it unique. i visited the place yesterday for the event 'clash of the titans' at the one of my favorite ways of showing a place is through pictures! i identify most with pictures, much more than words or videos. so, here is an attempt to present the city of krasnoyarsk in siberia through my most preferred medium. the first picture is my favorite as it was one. the wonderful experience of applying for the schengen visa with france. it is that time of the year again when my sister alka and i plan our vacation together in november. it also means applying for visas. i thought we were going to belgrade till it was time to book the tickets. try as i might, i could not get a reasonably priced ticket to there was a time when i used to trek once every year! but gradually i stopped for no particular reason. after a while i developed knee pain which now leaves me scared at the prospect of trekking. however, when i got to visit the stolby nature reserve near krasnoyarsk, siberia i photo credit александр осипов from ukraine - serena williams uploaded by flickrworker ; used under creative commons before i write anything else, let me say i have only respect for the game serena williams plays. she won her first grand slam title in 1999 being in my mid forties, there are times when i question my life choices! i wonder what will happen to me when i get too old to travel. at times i already feel too old, particularly on a fast paced fam trip.   view this post on instagram &.. am done with it. but the zip line or the zip rider is one activity i can approach without fear for the simple reason that i have done it
