Tux.org Website Review

As part of supporting the Linux user community, Tux.org will be setting up a mirrors.tux.org site.  We are starting this light, by demand on servers and bandwidth this will require.  Once we have a handle on things, we'll add in some HTTP(S) and FTP access to the distributions like Devuan is important to maintaining diversity in the Linux world, and we're proud to do so. This VM will eventually host user-centric services, like personal web pages, a Jabber server and Nextcloud.  Check back from time to time Would you like to help fight spam?  If you have a tux.org email address, you can feed spam and ham messages into the spamas*as*in Bayesian filters used by tux.org.  Simply create two folders, LEARNAS*PAM and LEARNASHAM, and populate them with spam and ham samples.  Once a day, all of the messages in these folders will be collected into a single mailbox to be fed to sa-learn.  Mail service has been restored and spam filtering was added over the weekend.  If you had an account here but don't have access to it anymore, please email postmaster. We are in the process of restarting Tux.org with an all new server and lots of new services.  Watch this space for updates!
