You’re gonna want to start with a base layer that is very tight to help with away any sweat. The second layer should be something a little looser to trap body heat. Wool or polyester. Outer layer should be something wind and water resistant to help keep the elements out. In extreme cold you may want an additional layer inside your outer shell, a puffy jacket etc for additional insulation. Stay warm this
