Unfortunately when the plate arrived it didn’t fit my machine Staff were extremely helpful when contacted and am now awaiting replacement I had lost my medium and small end caps over the years so I was very pleased to be able to replace them through yourselves. Best model I have used for heavy work including shoes, leather bags and sails I am very pleased with this machine and I have been using it quite a while now to skive bag seams in mainly veg tan leather..I changed the foot for a roller and its great. Works very well on chrome tan leather with the standard feet. All seems well made, I did loosen off the bell knife adjuster when I first got it as it was tight and it has been great since. All in a good machine that works well and is very good value. I found the Tysew team very good to deal and I have bought other machines from them. This is a brilliant machine, beautiful decorative stitches, very easy to use with a clear LCD screen with a full range of utility stitches set out clearly below the screen that can be selected at the touch of a bu*ton. Automatic setting of a finish tie stitch with thread cut a real innovation when quilting. Large area that will take a King sized quilt rolled and with the Creative Quilting set added you have a brilliant sized extension table. Sews through multiple depths of fabric with total ease. A strong and sturdy machine that can take on the toughest of jobs, very quiet in operation. The side motion stitching (vertical and horizontal) on straight and ziig zag.The top and bottom. I wouldn't be without this wonderful machine, and cannot recommend it highly enough. In my opinion this machine is the tops.
