NO MINIMUM ORDERS Choose from over 65,000 products Orders will be processed and shipped between 1 to 2 business days Wax Adjustment on Standard Styles Carve a channel in a ring Adjust a center stone Adjust the shank Plug a channel Add or Remove stones Euro Shank All wax adjustments are not applicable to all styles Casting Customer Wax Orders in which a customer sends in their own custom wax carving are suggested to inspect the wax for any defect prior to shipping. Unique Settings has the right to refuse to cast any wax, due to copyright infringement. All shipped wax carvings should obtain a SERVICE ORDER NUMBER from customer service before shipping package. Any package with out an SO# will be refused, causing a delay to any order. After inspecting the package, and it’s contents a confirmation email will be sent to the shipper, and the package will be routed to the appropriate dept. Mold We can build Silicon, and rubber molds from you samples, or supplied masters. This will allow for repeat casted orders, or future castings of your products. We can also inventory your molds if you should need to reorder your product at a later date. These molds and products are igned special product numbers, and remain exclusive to your account alone. We are committed to fulfilling all your new model requests, from matching wedding bands to an engagement ring, to creating a unique one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. Unique Settings can help design your piece of jewelry. Provide us with a picture, a sketch, or a sample; we’ll do the rest! Your design will be created, whereupon you will have the opportunity to review the image and make adjustments, if necessary.
