The next day, I'd been to view the kitchen and booked it. UseKitch took care of the paperwork Kitch has been a great overall experience. We got through the agreement process in less than a week and I've been operating here for 5 months without issue. The team is easy to work with and quick to respond to any issues. Without this service we wouldn’t have been able to find our pop up kitchens that we used to lighten the overall mood of the pandemic. We were able to reach so many new long term guests and make it into neighborhoods that we’ve never been able to break into before. The security of the contract and terms that Kitch was able to supply also gave us a lot more security than just a word of mouth agreement, without the headache of involving our lawyers.
