Our Downtown location offers Personal Training and fitness clas*es Downtown is also home to our Spa, Juice Bar and retail clothing and accessory Boutique. Our Arbor Hills location is home to our Pilates program. It features top of the line Pilates equipment, and the same invigorating architectural energy of the Downtown location. You'll find Private Pilates sessions here as well as Tower Pilates, Tower-Spin Fusion, Clas*ical Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates,  and Yin Yoga clas*es.
