Hi, My booking ID-QMUS3582 Sequence of the events. 1.I booked a room at OYO 7967 I fully paid 613 Rs. through my card. And also updated my checkin time to midnight. 2.I reached at gurgaon railway station at 5 AM. I booked a cab for 400Rs from there for the hotel. 3. I reached OYO 7967 at 5:30AM I talked to hotel manager (vicky) he denied me for the checkin as there were no rooms available. 4.I called oyo customer support They picked my call then i provided booking details to them then the customer support guy told me that he want to talk with the hotel manager then I transferred my phone to hotel manager he denied oyo team to provide room as there were no rooms available. 5.the customer care guy put my call on hold and then transferred my call to guest experience manager miss divya kashyap. 6.Now i was talking with divya kashyap She said she will put my call on hold she will call the hotel manager, after putting my call on hold she said she is unable to reach them can you please transfer my call to the hotel manager then i transferred my phone to hotel manager He denied again to provide me room. 7.so it was now 25 minutes on call with oyo customer support She said she will put my call on hold again She have to check nearby properties of oyo. 8.after checking nearby properties she told me there is no rooms available in any nearby properties of oyorooms so she cant provide me room and she will refund my money. 9.I said I haven’t booked room to take refund and if oyo will provide this type of service to customer then sorry we cant trust oyo in future. 10. She said sorry she can’t do anything she can only provide refund of the amount which i have paid. 11.I requested her that i have to take a cab now for other hotel i have to pay more now and the compensation for my time you wasted, she said sorry she can’t pay me more then the refund amount. I got my refund 613 Rs which i paid. 12.It was 6 AM now and there were no cabs nearby I got a cab after waiting for 20 minutes there. 13. Cab charged me 500 Rs to take me to other hotel because it was far from there. I want compensation for:- 1. My time they wasted 2. The charges which were incurred for travelling. 3.The difference amount which i paid higher for other hotel. |

However, upon receipt it was noticed that the bed does not have a fixed covered base and the manufacturer has provided rubber mats instead of a solid fixed base Fixed base is necessary to call it a storage bed. I raised an return request it's an incorrect product. Now pepperfry has come up with an absolutely absurd reply from the merchant stating that it is an standard product and as per merchant update it is design of the product.Addition gap has been given so it can be lift easily for cleaning purpose. Please note if this was their design, then it should be mentioned in the product description itself. Kindly look into this matter and advise. I have read that Voxya helped one of the customer by resolving his complaint who had the same issue. |
