The design of Whiskey Row Lofts takes advantage of natural lighting and uses efficient heating, cooling and ventilation systems. The construction process maximized the reuse and recycling of building materials and incorporated many other sustainable design elements, including re-purposing wooden joists from the building into interior stairs within units.
