I made a call this morning to book the limousine transfer service to Changi Airport. Ms Kidayah was serving me over the phone, she has left a very good impression of her professionalism and quality of work. It is praiseworthy undoubtedly, thus this note of thanks and appreciation. She has done her job quickly and accurately which is rare nowadays… certainly a breath of fresh air! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Chew for his patience as he was on standby last Friday due to unprecedented series of delays from clients' flight origin which stretches past midnight. I would like to put on record my compliments to William, who drove my wife and I from the airport to home on 5 April 2015. He was most courteous and an excellent driver, and even took time away from his family lunch to come fetch us. Having a new pickup point at terminal 1 did not faze him - he was able to expertly guide me through a phone call to be able to reach the (brand new) pickup point (it was barely one day old!), all this fuss-free! I must say, excellent, excellent driver. William must be your best driver and you should consider Client was very satisfied and I will certainly be using your service for my clients moving forward. Thank you for having arranged for the transfer. Just wanted to call out we had a very great and nice driver. Thank you very much for a great experience. I spoke to client last Friday and just wanted to let you know if there was a way to provide feedback and commend this driver, please do so as client is appreciative that even though the driver has already sent the client to the wrong hotel, upon client’s realisation it was his own mistake, he called the taxi driver and he came back to bring the client and his family to the right hotel! It was in the middle of the night with luggage and client very much appreciated the good level of service by the driver. Dear Wolero, My service was amazing. The driver was absolutely wonderful!
