Yann has been working with renowned conductors, artists and performed in concert halls, such as; Bernard Haitink, Mariss Jansons, Charles Dutoit, Wolfgang Sawallisch, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Itzhak Perlman, Alfred Brendel, Martha Argerich, Leif Ove Andsnes, Sarah Chang, Joshua Bell, Hilary Hahn, Julia Fisher, Leonidas Kavakos, Yo-Yo Ma, Truls Mørk, Lynn Harel, Emmanuel Pahud, Tonhalle of Zürich, the KKL of Luzern, the Berlin Philharmonic, the Royal Albert Hall, the Amsterdam Royal Concertgebouw, the Pleyel Hall Yann began playing violin at the age of 4. He was Gold Medal winner at 14 years old and 1st Excellency Prize winner at 15 at the National Music School of Ville d’Avray in Paris. He won the Prize of the City of Paris with distinctions at the age of 17, as well as the 1st Prize of Perfection with distinctions, at the same year at the National Music School of Meudon, Paris. Yann entered the Superior Conservatory of Geneva in 1998 and pas*ed the Examination of Perfection with success 8 months later. In 2001, at the age of 22, he won the 1st Prize of Virtuosity with distinctions at the Conservatory.
