If you are like me then you have a habit of pushing yourself til you can’t go anymore. Self care seems frivolous and if you aren’t in pain and sore all the time then you must not be working hard enough, right? Well that’s me. So I know this post is EXTREMELY overdue. Here I am in September and I’m finally getting the chance to sit down and think about my life changing adventure 2 months ago. Life has been increasingly busy since then. We have a lot to talk about! I left the I’ve been playing around with balance and working on strengthening my shoulders and core. Yoga is such a great tool for climbing, and all aspects of life in general. Holding a handstand for more than a couple seconds has always been a huge challenge for me.
