In this school year, pupils of first grade have also joined the Book of Book book linking school. This year's project has been awarded with a basic school from Most in Bohemia. Our pupils once again gave up their imagination and showed their creativity in making creative bookmarks. In the coming days, they can look forward to bookmarks sent to them by pupils from a partner school from Bohemia. Thanks to teachers and ladies for the cooperation and help with making bookmarks. We are looking forward to another year. Pupils 4.B took part in a festive event in the G. Belopotocki District Library. RTVS actress and dramaturgist Barbora Zamišková prepared a puppet show based on the story of Alica in the land of miracles. She also portrayed Astrid Lingren's life and work in a pas*ionate way. The requisites and puppets were made from recycled objects. Barbora Zamišková is the dramaturgist of the popular children's Dwarves, which tries to motivate children's readers to read and to divert them from computer games and mobile phones. The Council promotes Slovak contemporary and clas*ical authors of children's literature. We borrowed books in the library and inspired by their picks by Barbora Zamišková's tips. Good luck was achieved by our pupils in floorball. On Tuesday, December 11, 2018, they won the Circuit Round, where they beat the A.Stodol Elementary School, the Kvačany Elementary School and the J.Janoska Primary School. They moved to the district round, which took place on December 13, 2018. In the first match, they beat the 8: 1 elementary school, the other won the 5: 2 Primary School and they won the 5: 3 Primary School Demänovská Street.
