This company is FRAUDULENT! They just slammed me for over $1,000 by telling me my British Airways tickets had been canceled but they would "reinstate" it for a charge. I stupidly fell for it. They sent me an identical copy of my original (uncanceled!) ticket which clearly says it was from British Airways - but the return email address was "[email protected]" : [email protected] via faredest.zohodesk.com I disputed the charge and have notified the FBI. I called and told them I knew it was a scam and they hung up on me. BEWARE!!
This company rerouted my call from JetBlue and misrepresented themselves as JetBlue. I thought I was talking to jet Blue and was not. They booked a flight for me that was NOT associated with JetBlue wasting $100.00s and then also mistakenly booked me on American Airlines for a flight I did not take, costing me $300.00 more. They DO NOT tell you who they are so beware!
This company appear to be aircanada costumer service with a 1800 number we bought 3 tickets and before 24 hours we wanted to cancel one of the tickets we thought they canceled but the make buying again the two tickets the we need and this two transactions now appear in our credit card to make things bad the 1800 number is not longer on service.
